Dunkeswell is a very popular rural village on the Blackdown Hills which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is a bus service to Honiton which is approximately 5 miles distant and is a popular market town providing a larger range of amenities. The bus service also takes you to Seaton, Taunton, Wellington and Cullompton. The south coast at Sidmouth is only a 15 mile drive.

From Honiton High Street, follow the signs for the A30 towards London. Keep a watchful eye out for a turning on the left signposted Dunkeswell and take this road. Upon entering the village, pass the petrol station and where the road bears left, continue straight on where signed for Lakeview Manor. After a short distance turn right into Highfield Road, then right into Tower Way. Turn left into Walcott Way then right at the next junction. No 24 can be found at the end of the cul-de-sac.
