The recent vote from the UK referendum to leave the EU and the jittery few days that followed it gave some worries to home buyers and sellers alike. Now that some of the storm clouds are clearing it seems the doom mongering about UK property prices that preceded a Brexit vote are proving to be groundless. Whilst it is still early days, the stability that is rapidly emerging is giving confidence to the property market.

It appears to us that it is ‘business as usual’ in the housing market.
